En Lemontech nos dedicamos a desarrollar nuestros propios SaaS con foco en la industria Legal y de Servicios profesionales. Hoy tenemos presencia en más de 1.000 firmas y gerencias legales en toda Latinoamérica, e impactando a miles de usuarios en el mundo.
Actualmente buscamos a un/a Customer Support Specialist que sea un verdadero Team player en soporte para nuestro equipo de clientes.
**Funciones del cargo**:
- Asignación de los tickets de acuerdo a la complejidad.
- Alta capacidad consultiva y de análisis para entendimiento sobre los productos Lemontech.
- Identificar las necesidades de nuestros clientes y darles solución inmediata.
- Gestionar y resolver problemas frecuentes para clientes de todos los segmentos en conjunto con el Team Leader.
- Revisión de tickets con el Tech Support por cada tablero en Jira.
- Tener la capacidad de retar el sistema, buscar siempre la mejora continua.
- Identificación de oportunidades de mejora en las actividades repetitivas de tal forma de optimizar el trabajo de cada uno de los especialistas.
- Complemento de documentación de las gestiones diarias.
- Implementación de proyectos de mejora para la mesa de ayuda en coordinación con el Team Leader u otras áreas implicadas
- Resolución de los tickets al cierre del mes.
**Requerimientos del cargo**:
- Al menos **2 años de experiência** en roles similares de soporte de algún software. Si tu experiência es en soporte de e-commerce posiblemente esta **no **sea tu mejor opción para postular
- Saber manejar todo tipo de personalidades (Clientes críticos y complejos).
- Conocimiento de Excel intermedio demostrable. (Filtros, BuscarV, formato condicional, Tablas dinámicas).
- Disfrutar de las relaciones interpersonales y el trabajo en equipo.
- Herramientas de G-Suite.
- Tener excelente habilidades comunicacionales (oral y escrita)
- Conocimientos de sistemas de gestión de tickets (Zendesk)
- Conocimientos de KPI's del área (CSAT, tiempos de resolución, etc.)
