The company has more than 60 locations through which it distributes products, equipment and chemicals, and provides customers with other value-added services including equipment repair, equipment rental and education.

We are currently seeking an Education Coordinator to provide customer focused education coordination to support the Education Department of Aramsco, Inc. Utilizing in-house systems and an ERP this individual will support customers, book, track, document and report on training and education classes. The Education Coordinator will ensure our customers’ needs are being met through continuous research and contacting new and existing customers. The Education Coordinator works both independently and with the Education Team to identify solutions and opportunities.

Primary

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform sales activities to fill classes, including cultivating customer relationships, cold calling and working with Sales teams.
- Enter training orders and maintain course registration and student information.
- Coordinate assigned online, in-person and flood house facility classes, monitor and maintain student numbers, and report on progress of to the education team.
- Host online and local in-person classes.
- Identify and research class opportunities for customers.
- Quote and coordinate private classes.
- Support national account team to ensure these accounts are taking advantage of their exclusive education offers.
- Keep the booking system up-to-date and accurate.
- Support other Education Coordinators as needed, and backup for vacations.
- Assist with other projects/duties, as assigned.
- Some travel may be required.

Qualifications/ Skills
- Minimum 3 years of administrative or customer service experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Aptitude for problem solving and the ability to determine solutions for customers.
- High level of organizational skills with great attention to detail.
- Comfortable upholding company and departmental policies
- Ability to multitask and make quality decisions.
- Ability to stay focused and driven whilst working independently.
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritize own workload.
- Demonstrated knowledge of customer services ethics, principles and procedures.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, whether over the phone, written or face-to-face.
- Comfortable working in a variety of computer systems, including MS Suite.
- Knowledge of customer education coordination an asset.
- Knowledge of restoration industry an asset.
- Ability to speak Spanish an asset.
