The company has more than 60 locations through which it distributes products, equipment and chemicals, and provides customers with other value-added services including equipment repair, equipment rental and education.

Must have a broad background in customer service including: outbound/inbound call experience, call tracking programs, employee retention, employee growth, customer satisfaction surveys, and training. Daily responsibilities will vary considerably, must be comfortable with change. The ability to learn quickly is a must. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of Customer Service management High school diploma or equivalent. Must have good communication skills.
