The vision is to help in achieving the long-term strategic and tactical sales and distribution plan for the International Monster brand portfolio in support of the Company’s business objectives.

The BDM will be responsible for business analytics for the region, compiling and ensuring accuracy, consistency and congruency for the information.

The BDM will manage monthly financials and sales reports for distributors/Bottler and chains to determine opportunities for improvements based on efficiency and adjustments in consumer and customer demand, as well as brand/item performance and pricing.

The BDM will also be responsible for maintaining Scorecards within respective territory as well as the development and preparation of presentations for the Sales Management Team for both internal and external use. This role will support their assigned territory.

**Essential Job Functions**:

- Provide analysis and interpretation of internal/external international market data, highlighting any underlying trends to identify new market opportunities and recommend strategies to increase the organization’s profitability.
- Detailed analyses of Nielsen and other 3rd party data for trends, insights, etc.
- Preparation of comprehensive Depletion/Shipment/Inventory analyses by country.
- Detailed analyses of each Monster and competitive SKU’s to determine trends and help with assessment of performance/recommendation for future opportunities.
- Ensure cooperation of all functional department heads and departments to maximize the output for the
VP/Executives.
- Review all P & L elements and offer pro-active measurements, ideas and reactive solutions.
- Establish and implement best practices, including continuous improvement of a standardized process by using alternative views such as analysis models (diagrams), prototypes, or scenarios where appropriate.
- Determining Scorecards for each region on a per country/bottler basis.
- Identify and propose new product technology or SKU’s opportunities and updates.
- Monitor country objectives, project margins, and evaluate where the Company/country can adjust pricing.
- Review monthly financials and sales reports to determine opportunities for improvements based on efficiency and adjustments in consumer and customer demand, as well as brand/item performance and pricing.
- Review and evaluate pricing of all items sold by the Company, based on analysis of competition, gross margin, and PTC’s (Price to Consumer).
- Create and maintain internal templates and calendars to monitor, track and evaluate activity and decisions. Manage and generate sales forecasts with country management teams.
- Prepare the Monthly Volume Summary by comparing sales by sku, by sales person and region against sales of the previous year and against budget.
- Monitor unit activities with respect to budgetary guidelines and controls.
- Track competitive activity by region via data gathering and consolidation of results.
- Prepare special reports for management as requested.
- Assist in ensuring that all work tasks are performed by staff in a safe and secure manner.
- Perform other duties and Ad-hoc projects as assigned.

**Position Requirements**:

- Exceptional analytical skills.
- 10 years of related experience.
- Travel up to 15%
- Experience with Power Bi / SQL and data management. Python is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills and presentation skills effective across a broad range of audiences.
- Thorough knowledge of standard principles and practices of business administration, including but not limited to general accounting and fiscal management practices, business operations systems, program budgeting, and personnel practices.
- Strong math, time management, and customer service skills.
- Demonstrated appreciation for the value of attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
- Team oriented.
- Self-starter & Highly motivated to learn on the go.
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of SAP and strong familiarity with Microsoft Office(Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, & Word), and demonstrated familiarity with Power BI.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in business, management, or a related field preferred. Equivalent related experience may be substituted for educational requirements.
