Nalco una empresa Ecolab está buscando un Representante técnico de servicio (Field Service Representative) para unirse a su equipo Nalco Water líder en la industria. Si usted es un/a profesional apasionado/a que le gusta interactuar con los clientes y le gusta trabajar en un entorno autónomo y práctico, lo/a invitamos/as a aplicar. Se unirá a un equipo talentoso que apoya aplicaciones de tratamiento de agua para una variedad de industrias. En este puesto, brindará a los clientes asistencia para resolver problemas y generará altos níveles de satisfacción del cliente.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Visitar a los clientes, de acuerdo con las normas de seguridad, con el fin de medir los resultados al programa de tratamiento diseñado.
- Realizar el control químico de los productos de la compañía utilizados en las instalaciones de los clientes para garantizar que los productos se encuentren dentro de los rangos establecidos.
- Detectar e informar fallas y / o problemas de productos cuando se encuentran fuera de los rangos establecidos, resolver problemas de manera eficiente y ofrecer alternativas rentables según sea necesario.
- Instalar, mantener y reparar aplicaciones de tratamiento / filtración de agua
- Realizar servicios técnicos a equipos de tratamiento químico en las instalaciones de los clientes con el fin de garantizar la eficiencia y la operatividad de los equipos.
- Realizar mantenimiento preventivo y servicio de reparación a los equipos de la compañía para asegurar el cuidado y operación de los equipos.
- Realizar revisión de existencias de los productos en las instalaciones del cliente con el fin de suministrarlos dentro del tiempo acordado.
- Realizar inspecciones de equipos para monitorear las condiciones y la calidad de la operación, emitiendo los informes correspondientes
- Participar en reuniones con el equipo para mejorar el servicio al cliente.
- Documentar y comunicar los servicios entregados al cliente, proporcionando claridad y valor.
- Levantamiento de datos operacionales para cada aplicación de productos químicos.
- Análisis físico-químicos para las aplicaciones que se tienen en los clientes.

Ubicación: Clientes Región Metropolitana

Horario de Trabajo: Art 22 del código del Trabajo

**Requisitos**:

- Título de Técnico en el rubro químico, Técnico químico industrial, o carrera afín (excluyente)
- Licencia Conducir Clase B, con por lo menos 3 años de antigüedad (excluyente)
- MS Office usuario

**Requisitos Deseables**:

- Conocimiento / aptitud en electricidad, mecánica, sistemas de bombeo y experiência en el manejo de materiales relacionados.
- Deseable experiência trabajando con tratamiento de aguas o en industria papelera.
- 1 año de experiência en puestos similares en campo con interacción con clientes como parte de un equipo de instalación y servicio.
- Experiência en resolución de problemas y mantenimiento de equipos industriales
