- Enabling Sellers at Veritas
- Sales Enablement at Veritas is about helping our sales force succeed. We do this by providing high-quality programs aligned to strategic global sales priorities and key performance indicators, comprising training, tools, and tactical support. Our global sales enablement team is laser focused on our seller’s success in region and requires a high degree of program management to ensure effective execution.
- Scope of Role

This role will be US based (remote), will focus on global sales initiatives, and will report to the Sr. Sales Enablement Program manager.
- Responsibilities
- Drive coordination of enablement governance processes. Track sales enablement involvement in initiatives, manage incoming requests, coordinate approvals, act as air traffic control.
- Drive global projects for 20-person global sales enablement team
- Create structures to streamline processes to setup the “glue” across our global sales enablement team
- Drive discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
- Own sales enablement team tools, reporting and KPIs
- Required experience
- 10 years proven record of success in program management.
- PMP, other project management certification, or agency experience desired.
- Experience in working in or with enablement desired.
- Understanding of the dynamics of a sales organization and Seller needs.
- Experience working with project management tools like Smartsheets, MS Project, or other similar tools.
- Experience working with Seller centric tools like Gainsight, Allego, LinkedIn Navigator, Eloqua Engage.
- Experience working with reporting, dashboards, and deriving insights from data.
- Understanding of the Enterprise software industry
- Experience of working with countries outside the US would be a plus
- Master of remote communication tools such as Zoom, TEAMs, etc.
- Required skills
- Project/Program management skills (prioritization and resourcing a plus).
- Willing to work reasonable flexible hours to adapt to the global nature of our work.
- Excellent organizational and communications skills.
- Able to work on own initiative, resourceful, results-oriented
- Occasional travel, including international may be required.
- Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree, training or instructional design related field preferred
