- Enabling Sellers at Veritas
- Sales Enablement at Veritas is about helping our sales force succeed. We do this by providing high-quality programs aligned to strategic global sales priorities and key performance indicators, comprising training, tools, and tactical support. Our global sales enablement team is laser focused on our seller’s success in region.
- Scope of Role
This role will be US based (remote), will focus on global sales initiatives, and will report to the Sr. Sales Enablement Program manager.
- Responsibilities
- Relentless curiosity and a passion for using storytelling to create experiences.
- Own and execute the internal communications strategy for Sales Enablement
- Be a conduit for communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
- Create structures to streamline processes to setup the “glue” across our global sales enablement team.
- Drive and continuously measure effectiveness of Enablement communications.
- Required experience
- 10 years proven record of success in effective internal communications
- Experience in working in or with sales enablement desired.
- Understanding of the dynamics of a sales organization and Seller needs.
- Experience working with various communications and engagement platforms like Eloqua Engage and TEAMS.
- Master of remote communication tools such as Zoom, TEAMs, etc.
- Experience of working with countries outside the US would be a plus.
- Understanding of the Enterprise software industry.
- Agency experience desired.
- Experience working with Seller centric tools like Gainsight, Allego, LinkedIn Navigator, also desired.
- Required skills
- Strong Communication skills and ability to work with various personalities.
- Industry communication knowledge for Global Internal Communications
- Willing to work reasonable flexible hours to adapt to the global nature of our work.
- Excellent organizational and collaboration skills.
- Able to work on own initiative, resourceful, results-oriented
- Occasional travel, including international may be required.
- Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree, editorial writing, marketing, or related field preferred.
