Resumo do trabalho:
Esta posição será responsável por liderar e coordenar toda a actividade de vendas dentro do Território, assegurando as encomendas de toda a gama de produtos e soluções Flowserve. O Gestor de Vendas deverá gerir e treinar uma equipa de vendas e a rede existente de agentes e distribuidores, para estabelecer ligação com os intervenientes internos, para manter boas relações comerciais com a base de clientes, mas também para desenvolver e estabelecer relações com novos clientes.

Responsabilidades e requisitos:
Distribuir o plano de reservas entre os relatórios diretos, implementar e assegurar que a previsão de vendas da área é cumprida ou excedida.

Definir o orçamento anual e assegurar que as despesas de vendas são bem controladas e dentro do orçamento.

Desenvolver e preparar um plano estratégico anual de vendas baseado em oportunidades de mercado consistentes com os objetivos estratégicos da Flowserve.

Definir Metas e Objetivos para relatórios diretos em linha com a estratégia da empresa, assegurar que são cumpridos ou excedidos, e desenvolver défices através de coaching, formação e apoio.

Fornecer antecipadamente previsões de reservas precisas, significativas e fiáveis.

Cumprir objetivos financeiros e não financeiros anuais, conforme acordado pela direção. Dar seguimento aos créditos vencidos e fornecer apoio para obter pagamentos sempre que necessário.

Estabelecer, desenvolver e manter bons contatos com Operações, Operações Comerciais e qualquer outra função interna, para que as necessidades dos clientes sejam atendidas rapidamente e para que possamos oferecer os nossos produtos a preços competitivos.

Prestar apoio ativo ao Programa de Intensidade Comercial e ao Programa Challenger.

Fornecer comunicação profissional e implementação das estratégias e políticas da empresa.

Em cooperação com a Equipa de Distribuição, identificar, nomear e gerir representantes de vendas e distribuidores.

Desenvolver alianças e gerir os desempenhos contratuais da Aliança.

Criar uma atmosfera positiva entre os membros da equipa e os parceiros comerciais.

Agir sempre com ética e integridade e ser um defensor da ética e integridade dentro da Flowserve.

Experiência / Habilidades preferidas:
Experiência em Bombas Centrífugas, Venda de Selos Mecânicos ou Válvulas.

É preferida a experiência no desenvolvimento do mercado de reposição.

Habilidades demonstradas em comunicação, apresentação e influência.

Jogador de equipa e gestor, com competências interpessoais bem desenvolvidas.

Habilidades comprovadas em gestão de tempo e organização.

Conhecimentos de TI - MS Office, incluindo competências em Excel, MS Outlook e sistemas de vendas computorizados.

Inglês avançado, Espanhol fluente, Português Intermédio (desejável)

Capacidade de desenvolver relações de trabalho eficazes a todos os níveis dentro da empresa.

Compromisso de implementar as melhores práticas em vendas e motivar os outros.

Competências multitarefa superiores, capazes de gerir vários projetos/contas em simultâneo.

Habilidade e vontade de viajar principalmente em toda a área de responsabilidade é necessária.

Bacharelato em Engenharia Mecânica, Engenharia Industrial ou similar e 8-10 anos de experiência.
