**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

The primary role of this position is to effectively promote Takeda products within the defined region.

This position reports to the New Product Lead and is based in Santiago de Chile, Chile.

**WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON**
- Professionally and ethically promote Takeda products.
- Effectively interact with physicians involved in high complexity market. (E.g.: Gastroenterologists, oncologists, hematologists, etc).
- Understand patient flow and continuum of care.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers across multiple settings.
- Lead KOL initiatives across territory. Participate to local scientific / medical events.
- Establishes and manages effective programs and seminars to increase disease awareness and product adoption.
- Effectively utilize medical / marketing knowledge and resources to support education / sales messages and address different customer needs and reach sales objectives.
- Work in close collaboration with marketing, market access and medical affairs to implement tactics to optimize compliance to our products.
- Maintain accurate activity report and customer information.

**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR**

**Experience & Education**
- Professional degree.
- More than 5 years of experience with specialty pharmaceuticals sales or orphan drugs.
- Experience within gastroenterology therapeutic area is a plus.
- Good knowledge of Chile health care system (private and public system).
- Experience interacting and collaborating with patient associations is a plus.
- Experience working with HMOs is a plus.
- Experience virtual working.

La función principal de esta posición es promover eficazmente los productos de Takeda dentro de la región definida.

La posición reporta a Líder de Nuevo Producto y está basada en Santiago de Chile, Chile.

**DESAFIOS EN LA POSICIÓN**
- Promover profesional y éticamente los productos Takeda.
- Interactuar eficazmente con los médicos involucrados en el mercado de alta complejidad. (Por ejemplo: gastroenterólogos, oncólogos, hematólogos, etc.).
- Comprender el flujo de pacientes y la continuidad de la atención.
- Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con clientes clave en múltiples entornos.
- Liderar iniciativas de KOL en todo el territorio. Participar en eventos científicos / médicos locales.
- Establecer y administrar programas y seminarios efectivos para aumentar la conciencia de la enfermedad y la adopción de productos.
- Utilizar eficazmente el conocimiento y los recursos médicos / de marketing para respaldar los mensajes de educación / ventas y abordar las diferentes necesidades de clientes y alcanzar los objetivos de ventas.
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con marketing, acceso al mercado y asuntos médicos para implementar tácticas para optimizar el cumplimiento de nuestros productos.

**A QUIEN BUSCAMOS**

**Experiência y educación**
- Profesional universitario.
- Más de 5 años de experiência en ventas de productos farmacéuticos especializados o medicamentos huérfanos.
- Experiência en el área terapéutica de gastroenterología es un plus.
- Buen conocimiento del sistema de salud de Chile (sistema público y privado).
- Experiência interactuando y colaborando con asociaciones de pacientes es una ventaja.
- Experiência trabajando con HMO es una ventaja.

- Capacidad de comprensión y comunicación de información médica altamente científica y técnica.
- Éxito demostrado en habilidades de persuasión, influencia y negociación.
