- About the Role**The purpose of the role will be**:

- Supports an E2E HR processing area for Workforce Administration with main focus within the Minerals Americas region, responsible for governance, experience/process, work design and knowledge management.
- Provide support for continuous improvement of the relevant GBS HR processing area and improved customer experience
- Ensures global process and document governance across end to end process area being supported within the region
- Conduct Field Leadership activities with Accenture operations teams to ensure process governance.

**Main Accountabilities**:

- Partner with Global Experience Owners, Operation Delivery teams (Talent, WFR, Functional Talent etc) and Functional Integrity to drive the continuous improvement agenda.
- Operational delivery teams (Termination, Support and Testing, Org Management, Enquiry Management etc) and Functional Integrity to drive the continuous improvement agenda.
- Provide consultative support for recurring issues within the relevant processing area and monitor and track interventions.
- Use BOS tools and methodology for problem solving and continuous improvement and Coach delivery lines in doing so.
- Work with and influence BHP and Accenture team members by providing a clear vision, context and objective to problem solve and deliver improvements.
- Stabilise and strengthen the HR Operations teams by providing coaching and capability development opportunities to team members and other HR counterparts.
- Draft and execute against project and stakeholder plans for improvement initiatives within region.
- Analyse and evaluate risk to deployment of new regional (and Global) processes to HR Operations.
- Support the monitoring of the delivery of services for the relevant processing area, ensuring SLAs are met and customer responsiveness is addressed.
- Work closely with Functional Integrity to manage technology and ensure system design is aligned with process intent and technology roadmapping.
- About You**To be a top performer you will need**:

- 4+ years of experience working in HR organisations, ideally with experience working in an HR Operations or HR Services environment
- A Bachelor's Degree related to position.
- Experience across the majority of the full spectrum of HR activity, including performance, talent, culture and foundational HR processes, analytics and improvement.
- Strong understanding of HR tools, processes and systems required including SAP (preferred).
- Strong continuous improvements skills
- Strong process governance skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in working in a global environment
- Experience with signavio/ process mapping.
- Experience with PowerBI (Not mandatory).
