En Glencore Copper Sudamérica estamos en búsqueda de HR Specialist Recruitment para integrarse al equipo de Atracción de Talento, cuyas oficinas se encuentran en Santiago de Chile.

**Acerca del rol**

Gestionar, coordinar y asegurar el alineamiento de los procesos de atracción de talento con las políticas regionales, asegurando la contratación de las mejores personas de acuerdo con el perfil requerido. Plantea estrategias de employer branding corporativo para propiciar la atracción, gestión y retención de talento, desarrollando la propuesta de valor al empleado para fortalecer el sentido de pertenencia y compromiso, en línea con los valores y cultura de Glencore.

**Principales responsabilidades**:

- Proponer estrategia de Atracción de Talentos de acuerdo a los objetivos estratégicos de HR regional y de la compañía.
- Establecer una relación de colaboración y alineamiento con los equipos de Recursos Humanos de los sitios con un rol consultor, generando espacios de sinergia y co-construcción de mejores prácticas en la Región, apoyando activamente las búsquedas para roles de SI y superiores en sitios y proyectos regionales.
- Gestionar procesos de reclutamiento y selección en oficinas regionales atrayendo al mejor talento disponible.
- Liderar programas de onboarding ejecutivo para todos los roles aplicables.
- Asegurar la aplicación del programa de inducción de todos los nuevos ingresos, estableciendo agenda de reuniones y actividades conducentes a apoyar la integración y rápido entendimiento cultural.
- Proponer y gestionar estrategia de employer branding regional, alineado con estrategia global Estableciendo indicadores de medición y éxito en materia de atracción de talento.
- Integración de la estrategia de diversidad e inclusión regional a todos los subprocesos de gestión de recursos humanos que administra y ejecuta.
- Diseño y gestión de estrategia de marca empleadora, con foco en la atracción, desarrollo y retención del talento.
- Liderar workforce planning anual Indicando tipo de roles, fecha estimada de ingreso y nível de cargo.
- Gestionar y administrar relación con proveedores: consultoras y agencias.
- Proponer y comunicar políticas regionales de atracción de talento dentro de los parámetros corporativos.

**Requerimientos del cargo**:

- Psicólogo/a, Ingeniero/a Comercial, Ingeniero/a Civil Industrial o carrera afín, idealmente con postgrado en temáticas de Recursos Humanos.
- Al menos 8 años en áreas de RRHH, de los cuales 4 deben estar relacionados con atracción de talento en compañías multinacionales.
- Inglés hablado y escrito en nível avanzado.
- Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación intercultural.
- Trabajar bajo presión y planificación.
- Liderazgo
- Excel avanzado.
