**Professional Fleet Counselor**

Santiago - Chile

**Principales responsabilidades**:
**1.Propósito Principal de la posición**:

- Administrar las relaciones comerciales estratégicas con cuentas claves: conduce evaluaciones de necesidades de negocios de distribuidores a los consumidores/flotas, proporciona análisis de costo/beneficio y hace recomendaciones basadas en las necesidades y prioridades de los clientes, asegurando la satisfacción de los resultados. Desarrolla credibilidad y logra convertirse en un asesor de negocios estratégico y confiable.

**2. Deberes y Responsabilidades Principales**:

- Ejecutar la planificación de cuentas claves y estrategia de ventas de productos y servicios de neumáticos s a los distribuidores y mayoristas en el territorio asignado, cumpliendo con los objetivos de ventas según rentabilidad y volúmenes establecidos en la AOP.
- Demostrar conocimiento de la cartera de productos GY, propuesta de valor, así como de negocios, y también las necesidades, los problemas y el proceso de toma de decisiones de los clientes.
- Ejecutar acciones del plan de crecimiento para las cuentas claves. Negociar acuerdos de ventas más rentables que satisfagan tanto en volumen como objetivos de margen bruto por unidad. Hablar de manera competente de la amplia gama de temas de negocios y rentabilidad con el cliente.
- Colectar información de inteligencia de mercado considerando los competidores e incluyendo encuestas de precios y condiciones macroeconómicas, que apoyen las introducción y desarrollo de nuevos productos y estrategias y de precios.
- Desarrollar perspicacia en los aspectos de negocios y financieros y la capacidad analítica para asegurar acuerdos de ventas ganadores, apoyando los planes volumen/ mix/rentabilidad y proyecciones de crecimiento, que garanticen el éxito a largo plazo de Goodyear.
- Desarrollar y mantener un conocimiento técnico de los productos y servicios para proporcionar información precisa a los clientes.
- Apoyar al proceso de S&OP: promover la planificación colaborativa para el estimado de ventas con clientes claves, evaluar los níveles de inventario actuales y estima la demanda futura. Utilizar métodos precisos para la previsión y conocer su impacto financiero.
- Monitorear los pagos de los clientes, colaborar con el departamento de crédito en cobranzas y resolver los temas de las cuentas vencidas.
- Realizar visitas a flotas y clientes finales de acuerdo al plan establecido. Brindar análisis de unidades y generar reportes.
- Gestionar reclamos, seguimiento de producto en servicio e implementación de soluciones. Generar planes de contingencia.

**Educación**:
Requerido: Graduado de las Carreras de Ingeniería, Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas o Comercialización, Marketing.
Deseado: Máster en Administración o afín.

**Experiência**:

- 5+ años de experiência en el área de ventas.

- Capacidad de Planificación y ejecución de objetivos.
- Empatía, habilidades para generar relaciones proactivas de negocios.
- Capacidad de trabajo en equipo. Manejo de las relaciones interpersonales.
- Fuerte orientación a la obtención de resultados.
- Adaptación al cumplimiento de políticas de la compañía.
- MS Office Avanzado // SAP (preferente).
