**What You Will Do**:
- Researching bugs
- Documenting errors
- Monitoring systems and alerts
- Contributing to incident management
**What you need to succeed in this role**:
- **Fluent German (at least C1, written and verbal) **and English (B2)
- **Experience in customer support, preferably in technical environment**:
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Analytical thinking
**Will be a great plus**:
- BA in Computer Science
