Job Summary
This position is responsible for developing capital equipment sales (crushers, screens, etc.) and aftermarket opportunities for the SRH Mid-Market Offering and to provide technical and service support to the distributors in SOUTH AMERICA, MEXICO, CENTRAL AMERICA and CARIBBEAN market area
The incumbent will foster value-adding customer relationships, and manage all sales related aspects, including proposal preparation, discussions and finalization of agreements and distribution management, also providing necessary service and product support including technical trainings
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
**PRODUCT SUPPORT & SERVICE**:
Supporting distributors on daily technical and service demands, such as equipment start up supervision, regular maintenance, trouble shouting and customer’s training etcwith the support of export service support based in China
**Capital Equipment and Aftermanrket SALES**:
Contribute to the strategy defined for the mid market SRH, including Sales & Marketing, Pre and post-sales support for direct sales and distribution
Evaluate and appoint, where approved, suitable and sustainable distribution channels, in line with SRH’s Mid-Market strategy and with the support of Mid market team dedicated to the area
Manage the distribution channel accounts, including inventory, credit control, financing etc. with the support of Mid market team dedicated to the area
Provide regular reports to management, detailing dealer performance, due actions, future plans, strategies, forecasts, budgets and cost analysis etc.
Attend and participate in relevant exhibitions, conduct Road-shows and provide clear guidance and instructions to distributor(s) and implement ’s Mid Market sales & marketing strategy in the territory.
Drive and motivate the distributors to achieve the annual targets
Develop and implement sales objectives and action plans to accommodate the region’s strategic plans.
**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**:
Degree (Mechanical), well proven experience in service position in crushing and screening industry, basic sales experience required but strong willingness to develop sales experience of capital equipment and aftermarket sales is a must
Fluent Spanish and English speaking
Must be experienced in the use of a personal computer including the proficient use of spreadsheets, word processing, Excel, Power Point and have a basic understanding of the use of data bases.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or government regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
Must be able to travel up to 30% of the time
