**About the role**
We are seeking a Customer Engagement Lead who will be the single point of contact with the country´s accounts (HCPs, stakeholders), and will deliver customized, sustainable, impactful, science-based strategic solutions that respond to their needs. This role encourages to capture insights and to co-create in partnership with the local team the account planning activities (educational & advocacy programs, projects and solutions for relevant partners) to achieve access and offer a positive experience to customers, always within our local regulatory and legal framework.
Key responsibilities:
- Responsible for direct engagement with targeted HCPs and customers from public and private accounts, becoming an integral adviser that offers solutions to specific customer needs.
- Leads the process of crafting and implementing with the local team, the access strategy based on a comprehensive customer account plan developed with cross functional teams.
- Understands in depth the patient and purchase journey, healthcare system and public policies. Identifies pain points, knowledge needs and gaps within main HCPs and is purposeful to develop together with the local team and cross functional backbone structure, solutions and/or projects that bridge those gaps and provide support to our clients.
- Grow a deep understanding in the respective disease area and focused therapies, knowledgeably discuss guidelines, published clinical trials and therapeutic options.
- Captures insights and shares them in a timely and agile manner. Also gathers preferred digital and behavior communication styles: channels, content, and timing per customer.
- Builds strong and solid relationships with key account stakeholders that have been previously identified and segmented.
- Responsible for achieving sales and access targets, increase product penetration in public and private market through strategic and comprehensive account management.
- Data oriented: gathers, analyzes and shares all information required for decision making (stocks, turnover, commercial agreements, competition, demand generation and others).

**Role Requirements**
- University degree
- Proven experience in leadership and customer facing roles within the pharmaceutical industry or medical devices companies
- Account management expertise
- Intermediate English
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Strategic mindset / innovation / strong communication skills
- Availability to travel up to 50% of time within the country
