**Propósito de la posición**:Atención de clientes grandes del negocio en múltiples estaciones,
- Asegurar que se cumplan especialmente los acuerdos de servicio que se establecieron con el cliente
- Actuar como punto de servicio mayor para el cliente.
- Manejar escalaciones.
- Coordinar y mejorar procesos relacionados con los clientes.
- Identificar y colaborar con nuevos negocios
**Principales funciones y responsabilidades**:
- Revisar y asegurar el cumplimiento de los KPIs y acuerdos con el cliente.
- Asegurar la operación del cliente sea monitoreada/coordinada End to End con las especificaciones indicadas.
- Realizar reportes de rendimiento, de acuerdo con lo exigido por cada cliente.
- Mantener excelente comunicación interna/externa y con terceras partes para cumplir las expectativas del cliente.
- Proveer soluciones proactivas a los problemas y corregir con acciones para
- asegurarse de la excelencia en el servicio.
- Manejar escalaciones, si es requerido.
- Desarrollar relaciones sostenibles con los clientes.
- Coordinar y monitorear procesos relacionados con la operación de los clientes.
- Involucrar a las áreas claves que tengan funciones de responsabilidad para asignar/diseñar mejoras en los procesos que lo necesiten.
- Identificar las necesidades del cliente, colaborar con el ejecutivo comercial, si aplica.
- Coordinar la implementación de negocios adicionales.
- Participar en revisiones con el Manager de OFR, Gerentes y especialistas para identificar áreas de mejora y calidad en el servicio.
- Manejar las ordenes en caso de que el área/cliente lo requiera.
**Requisitos**
- Formación académica: Universitario o Técnico en Comex o Negocios Internacionales o su equivalencia en experiência.
- Manejo de herramientas MS Office: Excel - nível medio
- Conocimientos técnicos: Comercio Exterior, Logística, Producto Marítimo y Operaciones, técnicas de venta. Conocimientos en procesos logísticos de Importación y Exportación.
- Nível de inglés hablado y escrito: Avanzado. C1 C2

- Experiência probada en atención al cliente.
- Excelente conocimiento en el negocio de logística, productos DGF (AFR/OFR) y sistemas del negocio.
- Excelente entendimiento de las necesidades del cliente.
- Excelente conocimiento en los procesos y sistemas.
- Excelentes habilidades de resolución de problemas.
- Habilidades comprobadas de administración de proyectos.
- Estilo de trabajo proactivo.
- Excelentes habilidades en comunicación y presentación.
