**Objetivo del Cargo**
Proporcionar apoyo en la ejecución de las actividades relacionadas con la venta de productos y servicios que dispone la compañía para el equipo de ventas de departamento de Project, teniendo como objetivo principal la respuesta proactiva a los requerimientos de cotización.
**Responsabilidad del Cargo**
II. Colaborar estrechamente con ejecutivo asignado para el entendimiento de todas las necesidades del cliente y Senior Manager.
III. Conocer cabalmente los productos y servicios que dispone DSV para los clientes.
IV. Mantener registro de todas las cotizaciones efectuadas (ganadas, perdidas y pendientes) en sistema Cargo Wise.
V. Entregar feedback constante a ejecutivo asignado de las tasas de cierre de cotizaciones
VI. Identificar oportunidades adicionales de las carteras asignadas
VII. Uso de los sistemas establecidos para cotizaciones
VIII. Atención de clientes de manera directa según instrucción de Gerente de área y Ejecutivo asignado.
IX. Tener una actitud colaborativa con los stakeholders.
X. Cumplir cabalmente con los requerimientos estableciendo, con el objetivo de garantizar la fluidez operacional de los servicios contratados por el cliente.
XI. Cumplir con los reglamentos, normativas, políticas y procedimientos establecidos en DSV y en el área correspondiente, cumpliendo con la calidad en el trabajo, estableciendo un área de seguridad y salud laboral que permita salvaguardar el ambiente
**Funciones del Cargo**
- Atender requerimientos de cotización sean por parte de ejecutivo asignado o directamente por cliente.
- Realizar seguimientos con clientes de cotizaciones efectuadas.
- Envío de instrucciones operacionales para nuevos embarques al equipo de operaciones asignado a través del sistema y según los procesos del departamento.
- Gestionar creación de clientes, solicitudes de crédito, aumentos de crédito, en los sistemas establecidos por la compañía para su registro.
- Atender prospectos de clientes y solicitudes informados por gerencia
**Idioma.**
Ingles Avanzado (escrito y hablado).
**Educación.**
Nível Educacional Superior en Comercial, Comercio Exterior o afín
**Habilidades.**
- Habilidades de comunicarse de manera clara, efectiva y persuasiva tanto verbal como por escrito
- Orientación al cliente comprendiendo las necesidades y deseos de estos fomentando la creación de relaciones sólidas y duraderas.
- Habilidades organizativas (priorizar, planificar, asignar y controlar)
- Capacidad analítica y resolución de problemas de manera proactiva.
- Habilidad de trabajar en equipo con fuerte orientación colaborativa con sus pares internos
- Actitud altamente proactiva para la búsqueda de mejoras
- Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión cuidando la correcta toma decisiones
**Experiência.**
