**¿Cuáles serán tus principales desafíos?**:
Brindar soporte y atención al cliente a través de chat, correo y teléfono, asegurando una experiência ágil y cordial.
Aprender y manejar a fondo nuestro sistema SaaS para resolver consultas y guiar a los clientes de manera efectiva.
Gestionar múltiples solicitudes simultáneamente, priorizando de manera eficiente.
Seguir procedimientos y flujos establecidos, como certificaciones y pasos a producción.
Organízate y coordina tu trabajo de forma autónoma, promoviendo una comunicación clara y colaboración en equipo.
**¿Qué valoramos en tu postulación?**:
Experiência previa en atención al cliente, idealmente en soporte técnico o SaaS.
Haber trabajado en modalidad home office y saber desenvolverte de forma autónoma.
Conocimiento en facturación electrónica, SII o procesos administrativos similares.
Proactividad, disposición para aprender y adaptabilidad en un entorno dinámico en crecimiento.
El residir en Santiago es crucial para facilitar el acceso y participación en nuestras actividades presenciales.
