PROPOSITO GENERAL DEL PUESTO:
El (la) Parts Sales Manager es responsable de desarrollar las relaciones con los clientes y potenciar al equipo a cargo con el fin de ejecutar la estrategia de ventas de repuestos y componentes. Además, estará a cargo de identificar y realizar el seguimiento de las oportunidades de ventas, logrando de este modo las metas requeridas de ganancia y resultados rentables con el fin de lograr mayor participación de Mercado.
FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES:
- Conocer y comprender el negocio de los clientes (base de ganancia, área geográfica, potencial de ventas, ciclo de negocio).
- Conocer y comprender los cambios del Mercado y la presencia del competidor.
- Proveer los planes de estrategia para la continua expansión de la ganancia dentro del Área y la Región
Coordinar con los Especialistas del Producto y liderar a los PSSR, CSC sobre las estrategias del cliente que impactará la ganancia y utilidad del negocio
- Reclutar, apoyar, motivar, entrenar, evaluar, conducir y coaching necesario a los miembros del equipo de ventas (donde sea apropiado) para lograr las metas y objetivos.
- Administrar, desarrollar y expandir las relaciones con los clientes.
- Prospectar, desarrollar y expandir nuevos negocios.
- Apoyar a los CSC/PSSR en la preparación de propuestas de proyectos
- Hacer crecer y retener las cuentas existentes presentando nuevas soluciones y servicios a los clientes.
- Revisar la oferta y los precios a los clientes y determinar las estrategias de penetración en el mercado.
SU **Perfil**:
- Con experiência entre 7 a 10 años de haber trabajado en las industrias de minería, construcción o ingeniería, en el área de Ventas y 3 a 5 años como jefe de Repuestos o cargos afines.
- Con experiência en Planificación Estratégica y en Operaciones. (deseable) Experiência:
- Bachiller / Titulado de la carrera de Ingeniería Mecánica, Mina, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.
- Inglés nível avanzado
- Conocimiento de office a nível intermedio
Zona de Trabajo: SANTIAGO, 5 X 2, disponibilidad para viajar.
