Parts Interpreter

**PARTS INTERPRETER**

Australian international company, leader in the manufacture and sale of 4x4 spare parts and accessories since 1969, with facilities in Chile, is looking for a Parts Interpreter, to work in its office located in the commune of Pudahuel, Ciudad de Los Valles.

**Main functions (among others)**:

- Identifying parts and components
- Consulting parts catalogues
- Receiving and processing orders from customers
- Invoice and quote preparation
- Material handling
- Building strong relationships with customers
- Be passionate about our Terrain Tamer brand
- Be willing to work within small team environment
- Administrative and managing tasks with job evolution
- Helping in the warehouse with shipments/stocking and organizing stock.
- Use of the company's internal computer program (AS400)

**Requirements**:

- Bilingual English/Spanish with visa
- Experience in sales
- Knowledge and interest in the 4WD industry or mechanic.
- Strong phone manners
- Administrative and managing skills desired.
- Responsible, punctual, proactive and orderly person required, with the ability to work in a team.
- Orientation to efficiency and effectiveness.
- Sense of service and customer focus.
- Health compatible with activities that require constant movements in the handling of supplies.
- B class driving license mandatory with a car as the area is not well served by public transport.
- Ideally know how to drive a Forklift and with D License (Forklift operation).
- Send resume and criminal record certificate.

**Conditions**:

- Schedule: Monday to Friday from 09:00 am to 6:00 pm (1 hour break).
- Workplace: Pudahuel, Ciudad de los Valles.
- Salary: To be discussed and upon experience.
- Indefinite contract.
