**Principales Responsabilidades**
- Proporcionar soporte de TI a los usuarios para ambiente de colaboración y nuevas tecnologías.
- Mantener un buen seguimiento de los activos de TI locales
- Realizar la instalación/configuración/mantenimiento y soporte de aplicaciones.
- Brindar soporte de TI a estaciones de trabajo, teléfonos inteligentes y periféricos de la empresa.
- Comprender y coordinar la implementación adecuada de proyectos globales dentro de la región.
- Actuar como contacto local de TI para las áreas de Global IT Service Desk y Global IT support.
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con equipos de TI regionales y globales.
- Adoptar y promover buenas prácticas orientadas a la seguridad de la información de la empresa
- Promover el buen uso de los recursos y funcionalidades de TI para aumentar la productividad.
- Gestionar proveedores locales de TI.
**Habilidades técnicas**
Sólido conocimiento del entorno y funcionalidades de Microsoft Office.
Buen conocimiento de la plataforma móvil (iOS).
Conocimientos generales sobre redes, problemas comunes de conectividad en entorno Windows.
Conocimiento de los procesos ITIL.
Conocimiento de conceptos relacionados con procesos y métricas.
**Calificación mínima**
Nível intermedio de inglés.
3-4 años de experiência en puesto similar.
Preferiblemente graduado en carreras afines a TI.
