Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles, with proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles. They will also be proficient in QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online, with the ability to use these tools effectively for comprehensive financial management.
- Analyze and interpret financial data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
- Prepare and review financial reports, providing clear, actionable insights that support decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.
- Communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles with proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online, with the ability to use these tools effectively for comprehensive financial management.
- A degree in accounting or a related field is preferred, along with hands-on experience managing A/P, A/R, and general ledger.
