Diagnóstico y reparación de problemas de Hardware y Software en equipo de cómputo

**Requisitos**:

- Profesionista de sistemas, informática o comunicaciones.
- 1-3 Años de experiência en soporte técnico a equipo de cómputo, impresoras y accesorios.
- Conocimientos básicos e Intermedios de computación:

- ESD (Descarga Electrostática)
- Arquitectura de Sistemas o Conectividad y redes
- Laserjet Basics o Hardware diagnostics
- Instalación, diagnóstico, reparación de computadoras, impresoras y periféricos.
- Conocimientos intermedios en uso e instalación de sistemas operativos MS Windows.
- Conocimientos intermedios en uso e instalación de aplicaciones como Office, Antivirus e Internet.
- Conocimientos básicos en instalación de y configuración equipos de comunicación tipo routers, switches y hubs.

Las actividades diarias que se realizan en sitio son de soporte a usuarios en su mayoría (breakfix support, incidentes usuales, configuraciones PC´s, impresoras, inventario de equipos y periféricos), atención remota a tiendas Adidas, la gestión se lleva por herramienta de tickets.

SALARIO: 800-900K

UBICACIÓN: Vitacura, Santiago de Chile
