**Resumen del puesto**:
Dirige y supervisa el grupo de soporte de puntos finales. Gestiona los esfuerzos del equipo para proporcionar asistencia a los usuarios de ordenadores de sobremesa, ordenadores portátiles, tabletas, dispositivos de comunicación móviles, impresoras y equipos de oficina. El soporte puede ser presencial o remoto. Garantiza la calidad del aprovisionamiento, la instalación, la supervisión y el mantenimiento de todos los dispositivos. Gestiona la respuesta a incidentes y la resolución de problemas. Proporciona orientación técnica, supervisión y apoyo al cliente.

**Principales responsabilidades**:

- Supervisa la asignación de la cola de tickets, la ejecución y el estado de resolución.
- Identifica las tendencias recurrentes, los problemas difíciles de resolver y los problemas potenciales que coinciden con las nuevas versiones del sistema o las actualizaciones de hardware y software.
- Garantiza la prestación de apoyo integral para abordar los problemas identificados y potenciales.
- Resuelve los problemas clave planteados por los supervisores y los equipos, remitiendo los más importantes y complejos a los equipos de TI/ingeniería, según sea necesario.
- Supervisa los tickets de escritorio, las llamadas y las acciones para identificar tendencias, problemas de rendimiento y problemas sistémicos de hardware y software.
- Se reúne con las partes interesadas para facilitar las implementaciones, asegurar que los equipos respondan a los incidentes como se espera y que tengan los conocimientos necesarios.
- Trabaja con los equipos para incorporar sin problemas nuevos servicios.
- Actúa como defensor del usuario.
- Establece y comunica los objetivos de SLA y los indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPI) para los equipos subordinados.
- Apoya y da soporte en sitio a equipos de Telecomunicaciones y Redes.

**Cualificaciones necesarias**:

- Licenciatura y 4-6 años de experiência o una combinación equivalente de formación y experiência.
- 1-2 años de experiência en liderazgo.
- Tolerancia a la frustracion y resiliente.
- Nível de ingles intermedio-avanzado.
