**Job Description**:
Responsible for growing business through channel partners, balancing day-to-day business with strategic long-term goals. Build, maintain and manage professional relationships with current and prospective channel partners. Coordinate the involvement of RA personnel, including support, service and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives. Manage channel conflicts by fostering excellent communication with RA. Ensures partner compliance with channel programs and agreements. Participate in partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.

Key Responsibilities:
Channel Partner Management: Build, maintain, and manage professional relationships with current and prospective channel partners in the Southern Cone market. Develop a deep understanding of their business needs, strategies, and goals.

Business Growth: Drive business growth by leveraging channel partners and balancing day-to-day business activities with long-term strategic goals. Collaborate with partners to identify growth opportunities, set performance objectives, and establish financial targets.

Resource Coordination Resources Management, to meet partner performance objectives effectively. Ensure seamless collaboration and alignment with internal teams.

Conflict Resolution: Address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively to maintain strong partner relationships.

Compliance and Performance Monitoring: Ensure partner compliance with channel programs and agreements. Regularly monitor partner performance against established objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones. Provide feedback and support to partners to optimize their performance.

Partner Planning: Participate in the partner planning process, collaborating with channel partners to develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones. Align strategies and initiatives to maximize the success of the partner relationship

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. A master's degree or equivalent qualification is a plus.
- Proven experience in channel management or related roles, preferably within the engineering sector in the Southern Cone market.
- Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset and the ability to balance short-term goals with long-term objectives.
- Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and credibility with channel partners at all levels.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities to resolve conflicts and facilitate collaboration.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards within the Southern Cone market.
- Analytical skills to monitor partner performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel as required within the Southern Cone region
