We are seeking an Access & New Commercial Partnerships Manager who will support the development and implementation of innovative and winning pricing and market access strategies and tactics at different stages of the product lifecycle.


Key responsibilities:

  • Supports and implements winning and innovative access strategies and solutions, to serve earlystage assets or improve IM assets at launch, with focus on Private Market.
  • Develops and implements high quality Patient Access strategies to increase access for early IM assets and/or support local launch preparations and activities.
  • Collaborates with Access Directors, Regional and Country teams to understand insights and feedback, integrates into winning access and pricing strategies and tactics, incorporating payer perspective in overarching crossfunctional product strategies and investment decisions.
  • Establishes and maintains a strong professional network with the relevant Government authorities, Healthcare providers, Health Economic organizations and other decisionmaking representatives to anticipate and influence legislative P and R trends.
  • Supports the creation of the global pricing strategy and policy guidance and supports the development of the payer negotiation strategy.
  • Lead the development of innovative patient access and contracting approaches, Managed Entry Agreements (MEAs) and Patient Support Programs (PSPs) as required, to improve patient outcomes and support healthcare system affordability.

Role Requirements

  • Business Administration / Science based University Degree
  • Validated experience in access leadership roles across pharma industry in private market
  • Expertise in new commercial partnerships and negotiation of agreements
  • Indepth understanding of the Access landscape and handson experience in improving access for specialty care/innovative medicines
  • English proficiency advanced
  • Crossfunctional collaboration
  • Strategic mindset / innovation / strong communication skills
