The role is focus on driving the Dockers Retail business across LATAM within the current channels of Mainline & Outlets. Developing commercial and operational strategies to grow the channel with a strong partnership with Cross functional partners as MPIM and Merchandising.

- and long-term plans for expansion and driving performance to leverage the current and future door portfolio and Omnichannel operations. Capabilities to run successfully multiple countries and support partners across LATAM.
About the Job- P&L accountability for Brick & Mortar stores in LATAM. You are accountable for the monthly, quarterly and annual KPI’s, as well as net revenue and EBIT- Develop and execute short, mis and long-term strategic business plans to grow the Net revenues and the profitability and to ensure the Brand positioning and assortment segmentation strategies.- Develop expansion plans to determine where and who to open, remodel and close Levi's doors across the region, across Mainline and Outlets. Develop PER’s and investment plans as well as follow-up to ensure the success of all projects.- Build a strong Retail LATAM team that can ensure channel success across the region, operating directly the O&O markets and supporting and developing and sharing Best Practices to the distributor & license markets.- Develop communication platforms across all levels within the retail organization to ensure all the members in the team are aware of the plans and ways of working. Ensures relevant training materials and platforms are created and share of store staff is provided.- Deep knowledge of data and KPI to take decisions and make proposals to develop the stores. Collect and leverage market information, staying on top of the game to identify opportunities and risks and take prompt decisions. Proactively look and implement the best practices in place in other markets and within other channels- Collect and analyze store data related to sell out, stock coverage. Support the forecasting process in collaboration with the planning team by giving clear strategic direction, identifying growth opportunities.- Support the rollout and ensure the success of omnichannel operations across e-commerce and B&M doors.
About You- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing another related field preferred.- 10+ years’ experience leading cross-functional retail.- Fluent in Spanish and communication skills in English.
Preferred Skills- Deep understanding of apparel industry, and you understand the retail and wholesale landscape, including the latest trends and innovations with a laser focus on retail.- Previous experience leading a retail team in a global omni-channel apparel organization through rapid successful growth with proven results.- Ability to adapt to changing operational requirements in pursuit of sales targets.- Strong analytical mindset: skilled at interpreting KPIs and leveraging data-driven insights; competent in forecasting and delivering against revenue and trade forecasts.- Loves being in stores, on the floor and working with your people both hands on and at the 30,000- foot level.- Proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions through your growth mindset.- Inspire breakthrough thinking and strive for continuous improvement.- Remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity.- Passion for your work is paralleled by your passion for teamwork and accomplishing shared goals.- No ego - you are ready to roll up your sleeves and do whatever needs to be done and have an appetite to help continue to grow a truly special business at Levi's
