Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
- To lead warehouse operations (goods receiving, inventory control, replenishment and returns & claims) to deliver breakthrough results in service and cost.- Key Responsibilities:
- Manages and coordinates receiving, returns and case / pallet reserve functions through daily communication with adidas Group management and warehouse staff
- Initiates new methods and procedures designed to maintain the process of goods being received, put away and picked
- Maintain accuracy of inbound container management, yard maintenance and being responsible for unloading container external service contract
- Manage receiving put-away process to ensure that daily business goals and projects are completed in an accurate and timely manner
- Maintain current documented procedures for each step of the receiving and put-away process to include type of equipment, tools and skills required to execute the receiving, put away and picking process. As well as all Returns processes
- Manage to Distribution Center Cost per Unit and OTIF targets
- Be an active partner of Managers Team and act as an advisor for all DC matters.
- Live adidas values and promote Diversity and Inclusion within the organization.

- Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Experienced in job and fully qualified/trained
- Combined broad theoretical and practical knowledge incl. company policies and practices
- Experience with large teams and supervisors
- Experience with Forklifters operators and contract management is a plus
- Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years experience
- Minimum 1 year informal management experience required.
