**Key** Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Market and competitor analysis
- At least one year of community manager experience (preferred in digital agencies)
- Customer definition
- Strategies in: Social Media, SEO, Sponsored Ads and Inbound Marketing
- Ability to create nugget videos for social media channels (Working experience in managing a video editing program such as Sony Vegas or Adobe Premiere is a plus)
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and Wordpress.
- Support the effective deployment and enablement of marketing tools and marketing infrastructure
- Write and edit material, as well as deploy campaigns
- Monitor SEO/SEM, marketing and sales performance metrics to forecast trends
- Build strong clients relationships through social media interaction
- Schedule a Plan and Content Calendar which will have to fulfill.
- Proficient using Canva, Photoshop and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Advanced working knowledge of Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook (Including Business Manager) and YouTube. Reedit (optional).
- Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence
- Collect and report data for established market metrics, in support of a broader measurement system; ensure operational linkages with appropriate functions
