**Responsibilities**:

- Work cross-functionally to drive alignment and achieve business goals at retail across Marketing, Merchandising, Category Development, Channel Development, Trade Events, Commercial Teams & Execution Support

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree, Industrial Engineering or business administration
- + 5 Experience in commercial roles such as: Sales Manager, GTM Manager, Sales Supervisor

Skills / Knowledge:

- Trade Marketing knowledge
- Sales and DC administration processes knowledge
- Category management knowledge
- Project management knowledge
- Education: Marketing, Business administration, Industrial Engineering
- At least 5 or more years of experience on Marketing and Sales
- Fluid English 100% oral and written
- People Skills
- Working knowledge of data management and/or Nielsen preferred
- Understanding of shopper insights
- Knowledge on Sales Cycle Process
