**Funciones del cargo**:
¿Cuál es el principal objetivo del cago?

Liderar y conducir la identificación de dolores/necesidades de nuestros clientes para descubrir e implementar soluciones innovadoras con equipos cross funcionales (UX, Developers, entre otros) para que nuestros clientes pueden simplificar y disfrutar más la vida.

¿Qué harás en el día a día?
- Trabajaras en conjunto con el/la Product Manager para tener claridad sobre la estrategia de negocio y producto.
- Implementar el desarrollo de productos digitales para maximizar su valor de negocio, basado en el cliente y sus necesidades (analizando data, escuchando a los clientes, sintetizando las múltiples fuentes de información)
- Participar en el diseño de soluciones que agreguen valor y estén alineados a la visión del producto.
- Priorizar y gestionar el Product Backlog con datos.
- Monitorear constantemente el progreso de los desarrollos según lo comprometido y el cumplimiento de los MoS definidos.
- Mantener comunicación constante con stakeholders (otros portafolios/plataformas) y clientes.
- Apoyar la creación y aprobación de User Story.
- Trabajar junto a UX y TI para plantear hipótesis de solución de los desafíos más relevantes
- Experimentar para poder validar las hipótesis, aprender y definir siguientes pasos.
- Trabajar junto a UX y TI para armar prototipos, definiciones, casos de uso y lo que sea necesario para construir el producto
- Analizar los resultados de los desarrollos implementados y compartir los aprendizajes generados y el impacto en los objetivos de negocio.
- Ejecutar testeos y análisis para asegurar que los productos desarrollados cumplan las especificaciones y generen los resultados esperados

¿Qué necesitas para postular?
- Título en Ing. Computación e Informática, Ing. Comercial, Industrial o carrera afín.
- Al menos 1 año de experiência en desarrollo de productos digitales.
- Capacidad de extracción de datos (SQL básico, intermedio)
- Conocimientos en Adobe Analytics o Data Studio.
- Manejo de inglés conversacional.

**Requisitos**:
Título en Ing. Computación e Informática, Ing. Comercial, Industrial o carrera afín.
Al menos 1 año de experiência en desarrollo de productos digitales.
Capacidad de extracción de datos (SQL básico, intermedio)
Conocimientos en Adobe Analytics o Data Studio.
Manejo de inglés conversacional.
