- En Falabella. com buscamos a nuestro/a próximo/a Product Specialist para sumarse a la Gerencia de Producto, con base en Santiago, Chile.

- El principal objetivo del cargo es trabajar en conjunto con los Uxers y Developers para construir productos que simplifiquen la vida de nuestros clientes.
- Principales Funciones:
- Trabajar con el/la Product Manager para tener claridad sobre la estrategia de negocio y el producto.
- Proponer y callengear los objetivos del producto: “¿cómo vamos a medir nuestro éxito?”
- Compartir al equipo la visión de producto.
- Descubrir (analizando data, escuchando a los clientes) y compartir (sintetizando las múltiples fuentes de información), las oportunidades y problemas relevantes para los clientes de su producto.
- Priorizar las oportunidades / problemas.
- Trabajar junto a UX y TI para plantear hipótesis de solución de los desafíos más relevantes.
- Experimentar para poder validar las hipótesis de solución de los desafíos más relevantes.
- Experimentar para poder validar las hipótesis, aprender y definir los siguientes pasos.
- Trabajar junto a UX y TI para armar prototipos, definiciones, casos de uso y lo que sea necesario para construir el producto.
- Analizar los resultados de los desarrollos implementados y compartir los aprendizajes generados y el impacto en los objetivos del negocio.

Requisitos mínimos:
- Ingeniería Comercial, Ingeniería Civil o carrera afín.
- Entre 1-3 años de experiência construyendo productos digitales.
- Inglés intermedio.
- Capacidad de extracción de datos (SQL básico o intermedio)

Requerimientos del cargo
- Ingeniería Comercial, Ingeniería Civil o carrera afín.
- Entre 1-3 años de experiência laboral construyendo productos digitales o afines.
- Inglés intermedio/avanzado.
- Manejo básico de SQL.
