Nuestro cliente, importante empresa del sector agroindustrial, busca cubrir la posición de Sales Manager para integrar su equipo de trabajo. Su rol principal será generar nuevas oportunidades de negocios a través de la planificación y dirección de los planes comerciales de la empresa. Además, liderará su equipo nacional de trabajo, con el cual buscan posicionarse a nível nacional y desarrollar su marca ante los competidores.

Entre algunas funciones se encuentran:

- Desarrollar y gestionar la estrategia comercial para los diferentes canales y planes de venta.
- Establecer un plan de acción que permita fidelizar y prospectar clientes, focalizando las estrategias en terreno que promuevan el vínculo comercial.
- Liderar la proyección de ventas, manejo y control presupuestario, márgenes y ventajas por producto, articulación de la cadena de suministro, satisfacción del cliente, entre otros aspectos.
- Este cargo cuenta con asignación de bonificación anual por desempeño, y vehículo a disposición.

**Perfil deseado**:

- Formación profesional Universitaria: Ingeniería Comercial, Ingeniería Civil Industrial, Agronomía o similar.
- Experiência de al menos 8 años en ventas y/o gestión comercial en empresas Agroindustriales.
- Experiência de al menos 5 años liderando fuerza de venta y un equipo de trabajo.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en terreno y viajar a distintas zonas del país.
- Manejo del idioma Inglés, nível intermedio.
