Buscamos un BDM (Business Development Manager) con experiencia en consultoras de RRHH
Objetivo del Cargo:
El BDM será responsable de ejecutar y coordinar las estrategias comerciales para expandir nuestra presencia en el mercado de servicios transitorios y outsourcing. Su rol será clave en el crecimiento de la cartera de clientes, maximizando las oportunidades de ventas y manteniendo relaciones estratégicas con clientes clave.
Responsabilidades:
- Desarrollo Comercial: Implementar estrategias para expandir la cartera de clientes en sectores clave como retail, logística y última milla.
- Gestión de Ventas: Coordinar y apoyar al equipo comercial para alcanzar los objetivos de ventas.
- Relación con Clientes: Gestionar relaciones con clientes estratégicos, entender sus necesidades y ofrecer soluciones personalizadas.
- Monitoreo de Resultados: Analizar KPIs comerciales y ajustar las estrategias de ventas para mejorar resultados.
- Propuestas Comerciales: Crear propuestas comerciales innovadoras que agreguen valor y generen oportunidades de negocio.
Requisitos:
- Formación: Título en Ingeniería Comercial, Marketing, Administración de Empresas o afines.
- Experiencia: Mínimo 5 años en ventas o desarrollo comercial, preferentemente en el área de servicios transitorios o outsourcing.
- Habilidades: Manejo de CRM, Power BI, SAP y herramientas de análisis de datos.
- Otros: Movilización propia y capacidad para trabajar bajo presión.
