Hoy nos encontramos en búsqueda de un Commercial Planning & Activation Specialist para trabajar en nuestro edificio corporativo , en la Gerencia Exportaciones LATAF y Canadá.
Objetivo
Liderar y definir junto a Market Owners y Brand Owners, estrategias y actividades regionales claves de marketing, acorde a las realidades de los mercados. Planificar y monitorear la ejecución, asegurando el posicionamiento y objetivo de las marcas en los mercados, en función de sus lineamientos, maximizando así el potencial de estas en todos los canales, buscando cumplir los objetivos del presupuesto anual en venta neta y margen operacional.
Funciones
- Planificar y gestionar el contenido de marca con el objetivo de construir el calendario promocional y bloques de activación para el distribuidor, velando por la eficiencia del presupuesto. Seguimiento y planificación usando las metodologías definidas (trackers y dashboards PBI) en forma permanente con el objetivo de cumplir el presupuesto anual de las marcas.
- Identificar, definir y solicitar los habilitadores claves para la correcta ejecución de las estrategias y actividades a implementar, con el fin de lograr en tiempo y forma activaciones de alto nivel en el punto de venta y un eficiente manejo de la categoría (CatMan).
- Seguimiento y análisis de lead measures y tendencias de mercado para identificar oportunidades comerciales.
- Visitar periódicamente los mercados, con el objetivo de lograr el control en terreno de la implementación de la estrategia y actividades claves.
- Construir y fortalecer una relación proactiva con los equipos comerciales de los importadores, buscando desafiar la forma de trabajo tradicional, incentivándolos a la medición, seguimiento y análisis de lead measures, manejo y administración de la categoría.
- Liderar proyectos de capitanía de categoría (CatMan) con distribuidores de la región que cuenten con clientes de retail con potencial. Construir relaciones de consultoría comercial con distribuidores, key account managers y compradores de retail.
- Coordinar y administrar todos los proyectos y actividades comerciales orientadas al trade, transmitiendo de manera clara los objetivos y posicionamiento de las marcas a los clientes internos, externos y los consumidores.
- Experiencia profesional de 2 a 3 años máximo, en áreas relacionadas como trade marketing, relación comercial con canales, ejecuciones en retail, o afín.
- Manejo de inglés avanzado.
- Disponibilidad de viaje a los mercados.
- Ideal experiencia en manejo de canales/retail de lujo.
