Overview:

The Services Business Development team is looking for a Vice President, to lead Services Business Development business in CHIPEBOL Cluster (Chile, Perú & Bolivia). The main responsibilities of this role will be to lead Services Business Development Team, to structure, develop and close Services opportunities across the Cluster, to identify and develop business opportunities with new clients and segments, to coordinate the deployment of market-wide initiatives, to consolidate pipeline management at the Cluster level and to manage Services P&L for the Cluster. The role should create short and long-term client relationships, with a strong focus on value creation for our clients, generating new business recurring and scalable business for Mastercard, driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is passionate about the payment industry and cyber security, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.

Role:

  1. Act as key contact for Services across CHIPEBOL Cluster, with a client-facing role, to develop businesses in a scalable way.
  2. Coordinate the interaction with Services Products and Delivery Teams.
  3. Provide input for long-term growth strategies to grow and scale Services business at the Cluster level.
  4. Manage P&L.
  5. Play a key role in developing financial modeling and business cases to develop Services opportunities.
  6. Assist and coach Services Business Leads (SBL's) to develop SSO business in their client's portfolios.
  7. Set a positive example for the company by embodying company core values every day.
  8. Manage day-to-day activities to ensure that everyone is aligned to meet and exceed the company objectives.
  9. Look at everything through the eyes of the customer and see their needs.
  10. Identify market trends.

  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field. A Master's degree is desirable.
