While optional, candidates who provide a video presentation will be given priority. Qualifications Fluent in English written and spoken. Very tech savvy. More than 5 years of support experience in the software industry. Familiar with tools like Zendesk, Intercom, or other support software. Enjoy talking to clients to ensure a good experience. Good writing and teaching skills. Fast thinker and problem solver. Responsibilities Onboard clients on our software. Answer support requests. Create self‑serve knowledge base articles. Produce support videos in collaboration with the Customer Success Manager. Assist the Customer Success Manager with continuous improvement of support operations. Compensation: Between $1.5k and $2.5k per month (Base + Commission), with opportunity to grow within the company. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm EST. Perks: 15 days of PTO + 8 public holidays from Quebec.
