We are looking for a Principal SW Developer to join our team You'll have the opportunity to shape system architecture, improve designs, and work across a variety of technologies. If you're passionate about building high-quality solutions, mentoring others, and staying ahead of industry trends.

Your responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate to enhance system architecture and design, keeping in mind the specific context and requirements where the system will be deployed.
  2. Adhere to and improve software development guidelines.
  3. Develop and test software applications, simulating real-world scenarios as closely as possible.
  4. Write clean, efficient code and produce detailed specifications.
  5. Suggest and implement improvements to systems, considering both technical and cost factors.
  6. Mentor and support developers, helping them grow in their roles. Conduct code reviews, and provide constructive feedback to enhance team capabilities.
Your profile:
  1. 10+ years of experience in front-end and back-end development, with expertise in: .NET Framework 4.5+ and .NET 7/ AngularJS 1.7 (NTH), Blazor.
  2. Previous experience in the role of Principal Software Developer.
  3. Experience working with CRMs / Payment Processing / Business Process Improvement / Systems that must process transactions very quickly to ensure business continuity.
  4. Strong experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automated testing, including: Unit Testing (MSTest, NUnit) / Selenium, Nbomb.
  5. Hands-on experience with cloud architecture across multiple platforms: Azure, AWS, Google Cloud.
  6. Knowledge of cloud deployment, including: ECS, cloud storage, and networking (AWS EBS, EFS, S3; Azure Accelerated Networking).
  7. Experience with containerization tools such as Docker, Kubernetes.
  8. Working with message brokers like: RabbitMQ, Kafka.
  9. Proficient in scripting languages: Powershell, Bash.
  10. Familiar with microservices architecture and mobile development.
  11. Strong understanding of system design principles for scalability and performance optimization.
  12. Experienced in using collaboration tools like: Jira, Confluence, Trello for project management and team communication.
  13. Proficient in version control systems like Git for code management and collaboration.
  14. Database experience with: MSSQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL / ORM tools (NHibernate, Entity Framework).
  15. Expertise in reporting tools like Jasper Reports.
  16. Familiar with Elasticsearch and SonarQ for code quality and search capabilities.
  17. Experience with Power BI / Datalake for data analysis and visualization.
  18. Familiar with Grafana for monitoring and performance visualization.
  19. Security expertise for building secure applications and systems.
  20. Advanced level of English for effective communication in global teams.
