Sobre la posición:
El Representante de Ventas Senior es responsable por realizar la venta de los productos de la compañía cumpliendo o superando la cuota asignada. Tiene la capacidad de generar nuevos negocios a través de acciones con los diferentes grupos de interés (pacientes, usuarios, clínicas, distribuidores, etc), mediante una adecuada promoción de los productos con profundo conocimiento de productos y patologías. Implementa el plan de negocio acorde al direccionamiento de mercadeo y ventas.
- Lograr o superar los objetivos de venta asignados.
- Atención y servicio para cartera de clientes canal retail y puntos de ventas.
- Desarrollo de tácticas e implementación de programas de mercadeo para la fidelización y captación de nuevos clientes.
- Desarrollo y ejecución de planes comerciales en su cobertura.
- Desarrollo de informes de previsión de ventas semanales, mensuales y semestrales.
- Planeación, análisis y seguimiento de estrategias comerciales.
- Planificación y gestión de recursos presupuestarios (muestras, material promocional, etc).
- Identificar la necesidad de nuevos conceptos técnicos a ser desarrollados.
- Brindar asesoría experta a los clientes, puntos de ventas y usuarios de la zona, de acuerdo con la necesidad observada en el manejo de productos ConvaTec.
- Programar y mantener actualizados el calendario de actividades y reportes.
Requerimientos:
- Gran capacidad de atención y servicio, con amplia experiencia en roles de cara al cliente, negociando directamente.
- Habilidad demostrada para trabajar autónomamente.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbales y escritas.
- Habilidades comerciales para dar seguimiento al proceso de venta y cierre comercial de cada cliente.
- Habilidad demostrada en lograr la satisfacción del cliente.
- Habilidades y herramientas digitales demostrables.
- Conocimiento del modelo de salud del mercado y sus regulaciones.
- Habilidad para interactuar efectivamente con múltiples grupos de interés.
- Fuerte experiencia anterior en el área de ventas (dispositivos médicos, farmacéuticos o de la salud).
