Descripción Funciones del Cargo:


En Enaex, Multinacional Proveedora de la Minería, Líder en el Mercado de los Explosivos y fabricación de Nitrato de Amonio, nos encontramos actualmente en búsqueda de un/a Corporate Business Analyst para la Gerencia de Marketing Corporativo de la Vicepresidencia de Innovación y Marketing.

Este rol se centra en realizar estudios de mercado con un enfoque en innovación, medio ambiente e industrias mineras y de explosivos, además de evaluar proyectos corporativos y apoyar en el lanzamiento de productos al mercado.


Principales funciones diarias:

  • Realizar estudios de mercado sobre diversos temas, como nuevos mercados (evaluando su interés, pros y contras, y estrategias de entrada), y estudios para las presentaciones semestrales de Market Insights, enfocadas en innovación, nuevas tecnologías, medio ambiente e industria minera (analizando competidores y clientes mineros).
  • Participar en la detección, ideación y pilotaje de procesos de innovación de proyectos corporativos:

Detección:

Entender el mercado objetivo del producto, definir como son los clientes, cual es la necesidad, las diferencias de comportamiento de consumo en los distintos mercados de interés, y determinar un potencial mercado del producto (demanda) con la metodología TAM SAM SOM.


Ideación:

Al final de esta etapa, una vez el producto se haya ideado, se deberá realizar un caso de negocio / evaluación de proyecto.


Pilotaje:

Una vez se prueben los productos con clientes, habrá que hacer un caso en el cual se validan los supuestos realizados en la etapa anterior, y se crean casos de éxito o de aprendizaje para mejoras del producto.


  • Participar en la preparación del lanzamiento al mercado del producto, trabajando en conjunto con el equipo de marketing (comunicaciones y estudios) para proporcionar herramientas esenciales a los equipos comerciales de los países interesados para la venta del producto, identificando clientes objetivos y estableciendo metas iniciales de ventas.

Nuestro Candidato Ideal:

  • Ser profesional titulado/a de Ingeniería Civil Industrial o Comercial (excluyente)
  • Experiencia laboral mínima de 2 años y máxima de 4 años (excluyente)
  • Tener nivel intermedio o avanzado de Excel y PPT (excluyente)
  • Experiencia previa en evaluación de proyectos (excluyente)
  • Manejo de Inglés nivel avanzado (excluyente)
