En Randstad buscamos a un especialista en Marketing Digital con al menos 2 años de experiencia en planificación e implementación de campañas Paid Media para unirse al equipo como Performance Manager.
Responsabilidades:
Planificar y ejecutar campañas Paid Media en plataformas como Google Ads y Meta Ads.Realizar investigación de palabras clave y optimización de landing pages.Configurar estrategias de puja, implementar palabras clave y audiencias, y gestionar negativizaciones.Crear y optimizar anuncios textuales y gráficos para diversas plataformas.Implementar y optimizar campañas de Display, Video y App (UAC).Gestionar presupuestos diarios y mensuales para alcanzar KPIs específicos.Analizar datos de rendimiento y generar informes utilizando herramientas como Google Analytics y dashboards personalizados.Realizar AB testing y optimización continua de campañas para mejorar el rendimiento. Requisitos Excluyentes: Experiencia mínima de 1 año en implementación de campañas Paid Media.Conocimientos avanzados en Google Ads y Meta Ads (anteriormente conocido como Facebook Ads).Experiencia en gestión de presupuestos y optimización de campañas para cumplir con KPIs.Excel avanzado y herramientas de análisis de datos. Deseable: Certificaciones en Google Ads (Búsqueda y Display).Conocimiento básico de SEO y etiquetado con Google Tag Manager.
