Funciones del cargo:
Nuestro Technical Lead tendrá la misión de analizar y desarrollar los requerimientos asignados, contribuyendo con soluciones informáticas, ya sean nuevas o existentes, aplicando análisis del requerimiento, conocimiento del negocio y nível técnico funcional para cumplir con las tareas solicitadas, considerando los impactos transversales en los sistemas actualmente implementados.
Funciones Principales:
- Programación en el lenguaje requerido por el proyecto (.Net, Java, React, Ajax, JavaScript, entre otros)
- Modelado de Bases de Datos como SQL Server y Postgre SQL, MongoDB
- Análisis de Requerimientos de Usuario.
- Proponer soluciones tecnológicas transversales a la compañía.
- Comprender las distintas áreas del negocio con el fin de entregar lineamientos de soluciones tecnológicas a dichas áreas.
- Estimar desarrollo de software y garantizar productividad del equipo a cargo.
- Control, Autogestión y Documentación de tareas y desarrollos del equipo. Velando por los KPIs del equipo o proyecto.
- Versionamiento de Código, en la herramienta de la compañía (GitLab), en forma diaria.
- Guiar, revisar y controlar desarrollo de sus pares o persona a cargo
- Generar lineamientos para resolución de problemas.
- Elaboración de Casos de Prueba para entregas.
- Generar documentación necesaria para la entrega del proyecto (Paso a producción, manuales, modelos base de datos).
- Relaciones con Otras Áreas de la compañía.
- Apoyo en la revisión de características técnicas en la incorporación de nuevos integrantes del equipo.
- Mentor para de los analistas programadores del resto del equipo TI.
- Liderar decisiones técnicas sobre requerimientos analizados. Asegurando la escalabilidad de la solución.
