En Copec estamos en búsqueda de un/a Technical Lead, quien deberá liderar el desarrollo tecnológico de prototipos y de una plataforma de gestión vehicular. Mediante esta plataforma, queremos conectar a las personas con la movilidad del futuro, dejando atrás los obstáculos de tener y manejar un auto de la forma tradicional, por lo que te invitamos a formar parte de este proyecto.

**Principales funciones**:
Diseñar la estrategia de escalamiento de prototipos una vez que hayan sido validados y la arquitectura de software del producto digital.
Realizar el levantamiento y desarrollo de nuevas funcionalidades para proyectos que se encuentran en producción, alineando el área de negocio con el área técnica.
Automatizar procesos de desarrollo, testeo y producción, en línea con las mejores prácticas.
Liderar proyectos con proveedores externos de hardware, software y datos, asegurando los más altos estándares de calidad y de cumplimiento de plazos.
Asegurar lineamiento de proyectos con los valores de nuestra empresa.
Presentar periódicamente de avances.

**Requisitos**:
Título de Ingeniería Civil con mención en Computación, TI o similares. Al menos 3 años de experiência en desarrollo de software y/o productos digitales. Manejo de: Tecnologías cloud (AWS, Azure, CGP). Node, Rails, Django o similares. Tecnologías web (JS, CSS, HTML, Typescript). Patrones de diseño (Clean Architecture, MVVM u otros). Estructuras de datos y algoritmos. Testing unitario / integración. Cloudformation, serverless, infraestructura como código. Metodologías ágiles y/o Shape Up. Inglés intermedio-avanzado.
