En este rol se trata de brindar a los clientes un punto de contacto de NCR desde el momento en que informan un incidente hasta que se resuelve, administrando todos los aspectos de la entrega de los Servicios de NCR al cliente.

Proporcionar análisis y acciones que conduzcan a mejorar la satisfacción del cliente, mejorar la fidelidad del servicio y la rentabilidad.

Debe tener un conocimiento profundo de los sistemas de servicios, las operaciones, las políticas y las especificaciones del contrato del cliente que se utilizan para resolver las situaciones de los clientes.

Debe poder identificar rápidamente los próximos pasos en el proceso de resolución de problemas aprovechando las prácticas de ITIL. Evaluar activamente el entorno de los clientes e identificar proactivamente acciones para la mejora continua.

El rol de administrador de relaciones con el cliente puede ser un rol independiente o parte de una relación con el cliente dedicada.

Tareas laborales diarias

  • Gobierno de Cliente
  • Envío de reportes de KPI y Performance
  • Evitar despachos innecesarios a campo
  • Soporte a los Técnicos de campo
  • Manejo de P&L de clientes
  • Liderazgo de Equipos
  • Manejo de Oportunidades de ventas
  • Adecuado control de la base de datos de clientes para su correcta atención

Calificaciones Básicas:

  • Graduado en Administraciónde Empresas; Analise en Sistemas
  • Inglés Avanzado
  • Herramientas de gestión
  • Paquete de office, Excel experto, herramientas de visualización de datos (Preferente)
