We are looking for a Relationship Manager to build and preserve trusting relationships with our customers.
This position reports directly to the Head of Corporate Banking Manager.
To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, with wide experience in Banking. We also expect you to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.
Successful candidates should have

  • Experience as Relationship Manager in Corporate Banking or Large enterprises
  • Commercial skills to build and maintain your portfolio
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
  • BSc/BA in Business Administration or similar field
  • Full command of English (team composed by Chinese and Chilean colleagues)
  • Risk experience preferred

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the relationship with corporate customers;
  • Start client onboarding process for a corporate customer, including risk analysis and KYC.
  • Manage and present all legal and financial documentation to Risk Management Department for credit approval;
  • Present new operations to Credit Approval Committee.
  • Report any change in the client information to the corresponding department.
  • Offer to the clients all of BOC products;
  • Coordinate with Operation Department all new transactions;
  • Assist the Head of Corporate Banking Department to complete all reports and statistics of BOC Head Office.
  • Education & qualifications
  • University Professional
  • Experience of at least three years in Banking and/or Corporate Finance.
  • User level PC management (Excel, Word and Power Point).
