El/la persona que ocupe la posición será responsable de organizar y liderar a su equipo de Account managers gestionándolos de manera adecuada generando estrategias de ventas; encontrando las brechas y tomando acciones necesarias para el cumplimiento del Presupuesto.

Adicionalmente, presentar indicadores y resultados de manera mensual, ejecutar la estrategia comercial del país junto con los BLM's y soportar a los Account managers en negociaciones complejas.


ACERCA DE LA POSICIÓN

  • Crea y gestiona un plan de desarrollo por cuenta del cliente, a través del BDP.
  • Trabaja con los BLM, estrategias y objetivos para aumentar el rendimiento de los clientes en las diferentes líneas de producto de Sandvik.
  • Establece y desarrolla un equipo de trabajo por cuenta clave con PSSR, TSSR y Servicios para alcanzar los objetivos en conformidad con los planes
  • Se asegura que todas las actividades se están llevando a cabo de conformidad con los valores, políticas y procedimientos de la empresa
  • Desarrolla oportunidades de ventas en unidades, consumibles, servicios, contratos de desempeño, intercambio de componentes, alquiler de equipos y piezas de repuesto, con el fin de aumentar la participación de mercado.
  • Prepara informes oportunos sobre la actuación del mercado y de la competencia, analizando precios.
  • Asegurarse de hacer negocios rentables para la compañía
  • Prevé las necesidades de inventario de los clientes.
  • Asiste y prepara las ofertas y costos detallados de las cuentas claves asignadas.
  • Realiza presentaciones internas o a clientes según sea necesario.
  • Prepara informes de ventas y planes de desarrollo por división.
  • Colabora en el desarrollo del presupuesto y el forecast trimestral de las cuentas asignadas, así como el forecast de ventas de equipos, de acuerdo con lo solicitado por la gerencia
  • Se preocupa de mantenerse actualizada en los conocimientos de equipos que ofertamos, así como de los diferentes procesos de minería del cliente.
  • Responsable de la actualización de la base de datos del cliente y de la flota activa de equipos Sandvik y de la competencia.
  • Es responsable del desarrollo de presupuesto por Account manager por división y por cliente.
  • Todas las demás funciones que el jefe a cargo le otorgue.
  • PERFIL DEL PUESTO
  • Ingeniero de minas, industrial, mecánico, administrador o disciplina equivalente
  • 7 años de experiência en ventas de campo de minería o construcción,
  • Ingles
  • Conocimiento del Mercado Minero.
