Marketing Coordinator


Encargado de coordinar y dar soporte a las estrategias de marketing de las unidades de negocio de Specialty, Oncología y VIH; seguimiento y apoyo en plan operacional de la franquicia para así poder alinear a ambas unidades de negocio siguiendo siempre el foco en la experiência de nuestros clientes; tanto para portafolio actual como en los planes de nuevos lanzamientos.


Responsabilidades:

  • Demostrar un mindset ágil, de colaboración y continuo aprendizaje.
  • Coordinación e integración de las diversas áreas de la compañía a fin de apoyar el plan táctico de las marcas en la franquicia. Teniendo en cuenta un buen manejo del tiempo, recursos y responsabilidades.
  • Dar soporte a la implementación de cada una de las estrategias propuestas para detectar si estas están entregando los resultados esperados.
  • Monitoreo y seguimiento del presupuesto A&P de la franquicia con el fin de dar soporte a owners de marca de ambas unidades de negocio.
  • Integración de iniciativas cross funcionales de ambas franquicias, teniendo en consideración las campaña clave de cada unidad.
  • Soporte en desarrollo de campañas de disease awareness de las franquicias, coordinando con las agencias involucradas.
  • Coordinación integral interna y externa para nuevos lanzamientos del portafolio en trabajo conjunto con PM y BU Head
  • Desarrollar análisis y conclusiones postimplementación de campañas para reconocer puntos de mejora para recomendaciones de owners de marcas; (considerando alcance KPIs, creación de dashboards de control integrales, otros)
  • Llevar a cabo management monitoring que correspondan de la mano de business owners, PM, BU Head, Acceso, Medical.

  • Tecnico / Profesional Universitario en áreas de comerciales y marketing
  • Mínimo 3 años de experiência en marketing
  • Manejo de inglés avanzado
  • Manejo de Excel avanzado
