  • Todos los negocios y asuntos relacionados se deben llevar a cabo de acuerdo con todas las leyes y regulaciones, incluyendo la Ley de Prácticas Corruptas Extranjeras (FCPA), el Código de Conducta de Stryker y con los más altos estándares éticos.
2. _Contratos y Precios_

  • Formalizar todas las oportunidades de negocio que se por los diferentes organismos públicos y privados, en relación con los productos de la compañía, de los cuales hayan sido adjudicados.
  • Controlar y organizar toda la documentación requerida necesaria para formalización de las diferentes oportunidades de negocio.
  • Estar al día de todas las novedades que se produzcan en la Ley de Compras Públicas y la doctrina que vayan creando los diferentes tribunales administrativos.
  • Organizar y coordinar a los diferentes departamentos de la compañía para el inicio de los nuevos negocios, tanto administrativa como operacionalmente.
  • Interactuar con la red de ventas y formarla en materia de contratación pública.
  • Estar preparado para poder interponer recurso especial en materia de contratación por medio de la asesoría jurídica.
  • Estar informado de las novedades que se vayan produciendo en materia NO específica de contratación pública, pero de influencia dentro del departamento.
  • Mejorar la comunicación al interior del área y con las demás áreas de la compañía.
  • Mejorar los tiempos de respuestas del área.
  • Utilización y manejo de bases de datos en los temas de efectividad de contratos.
  • Utilización y manejo de bases de datos con relación a efectividad de consignaciones.
  • Manejo de instrumentos financieros para formalización de negociaciones.
  • Orientación al Cliente
  • Apoyar a clientes internos en entrega, procesos administrativos, inicio de contratos, ejecución de estos y término de la contratación.

Que necesitarás

  • Preferido Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Mercadeo, Ciencias Médicas, Ingeniera o Marketing.
  • Al menos 2 años de experiência en área de compras Públicas/Privadas
  • Trabajar bien bajo presión, autónomo y proactivo.
  • Capacidad para establecer y mantener relaciones.
  • Flexibilidad de horario.
  • Ley N° y su reglamento, manejo de plataforma de Mercado Público, deseable manejo de Ley N° 19.880, base de dictámenes de la Controlaría General de la República, directivas de la Dirección de Compras y Contratación Pública.
  • Word y Excel avanzado, Power BI.
