A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include:
- Providing commercially-oriented coordination and guidance to management and business units on tender administration.
- Preparing and administering technical and pricing materials for each tender, coordinating with all parties involved.
- Researching, tracking, and coordinating tenders and contracts.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and local legislation.
- Facilitating management approvals for price levels and contract terms for tenders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a field related to healthcare, engineering, administration, or a related area.
- 5 years of experience as a supervisor in the bidding area in healthcare companies (medical devices or pharmaceuticals).
- Experience in team management.
- Experience in managing public market platforms.
- Experience in data analysis.
- Intermediate verbal and written communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a multinational company.
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English.
