Job duties:

Will be responsible for the entire process of new business generation, including quoting, credit analysis, documentation generation, resolution and interaction with the customer and dealers. Provide sales support for a specific dealer territory(s) and focuses on supporting the entire sales process within their territory. May collaborate with Dealer personnel and internal staff with Dealer wholesale financing, including, short term accounts receivable, Dealer invoices and other dealership financing programs. This assistance may include understanding and proper application of financing plans, interacting with internal staff in Treasury, Accounting, Credit and Distributor Documentation, ensuring proper quoting, entry into system and payment to Distributor. May assist in dealer training and dealer communication and travel to dealerships to provide training. Applies financial knowledge, tax and local regulations to prepare document package to send to Credit evaluation. Collaborates and participates in the research and resolution of pending requirements from customers and Dealers. Provides recommendations related to deals, developing, analizing and updating internal reports to help determine the efficiency of department strategy. • Actively participates in department meetings for continuous improvement goals.

Skills required:

Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the organization's industry group, trends, directions, major issues, regulatory considerations, and trendsetters; ability to apply industry knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.

Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.

Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors

Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.

Value Selling: Knowledge of the principles and practices for selling products, technology and services; ability to provide overall product/service 'value' and to differentiate support offerings that address clearly understood customer needs.

Basic Requirements:

Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering, business, or administration. Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in sales, credit, customer service. Credit/Financial knowledge Microsoft, Excel, Powerpoint intermediate

Intermediate English level (written/spoken)
